Terms of Services

Scope of work

Before starting any project, we’ll define the scope of work in writing. This includes deliverables, timelines, and pricing, typically shared via proposal, email, or project documentation.

If additional requests come up that fall outside the agreed scope, we’ll review them together and confirm updated timelines or costs before proceeding. No unexpected changes or charges.

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, projects follow a milestone-based payment structure. Most commonly, this includes an upfront payment before work begins and a remaining balance upon completion.

Final deliverables are shared after full payment is received. If payments are delayed, project timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

Feedback & Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds based on the agreed scope.

Revisions are intended to refine the approved direction. Significant changes after approvals or late-stage pivots may require additional time or cost, which we’ll always discuss before continuing.

Timelines

We’ll provide estimated timelines and do our best to meet them. Timely feedback, approvals, and required assets from your side help keep everything on track.

If communication pauses for an extended period, the project may be temporarily placed on hold and rescheduled based on availability.

Ownership

Once final payment is complete, ownership of the approved deliverables is transferred to you.

This includes design files, development assets, and documentation created as part of the project. We may showcase completed, non-confidential work in our portfolio or case studies unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Cancellations & Pauses

Projects can be cancelled at any time. In such cases, payment is required for work completed up to that point.

If a project is paused for an extended period without notice, rescheduling may depend on current availability

Responsibility & Liability

We commit to delivering work as outlined in the agreed scope and with professional care.

We’re not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, platforms, hosting providers, or how final deliverables are used after handoff.

Confidentiality

Any information shared during a project including files, strategies, or internal details is treated as confidential.

If needed, we’re happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before work begins.

Updates of these terms

These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in how we work. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
